Vijay Dalmia
Mr. Vijay Dalmia is a Chemical Engineer and MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB). He has completed his MBA at the Kellogg School of Management, USA under full scholarship from ISB. He has also done pioneering research work on ‘Production of Instant Tea and extraction of caffeine from tea waste’. He will be looking after the technical aspects of the business including Production and Quality.

Mr. Manish Dalmia is an MBA from Babson College, Wellesley, USA, which is the world’s leading institution for entrepreneurship. He has over 8 years of experience in Tea, jute, plastics and the software industry. He is a director of Bateli Tea Co. Ltd and Dalmia Tea Plantation and Industries Ltd. He is also a member of the prestigious “Entrepreneurs Organization’, Kolkata Chapter, the world’s leading community for entrepreneurs with chapters in over 40 countries. He is also a member of various committees of the Indian Tea Association’, and holds directorship in other group companies of the Dalmia group..
